Where is my motivation?

I didn’t go for my run today, despite being so excited for it last night. What’s wrong with me?

What’s been the hardest thing you’ve had to give up?

My main issue has been little things like saying no to sweets or chocolate. For example, yesterday one of my housemates brought me home a cupcake, which I knew I probably shouldn’t eat but I did anyway because I felt rude otherwise.

What do you generally order if you have to eat at a restaurant?

Whatever I like, but I always try and make healthy choices with my food anyway, so I won’t choose something covered in cheese or deep fried etc.

What do you wear when you go swimming/to the beach?

A bikini, but I don’t feel at all comfortable in any kind of swimwear.

Figured I’d make a playlist which lasts as long as I’m supposed to run. I can’t stop until the music does!

Sport Relief Mile!

So today I signed up to run 3 miles for Sport Relief on 25th March. It’s a tiny distance, I know, but my running has just failed miserably since I got back to uni and I think this will give me the push I need. Plus it’s for a great cause!

What’s one item of clothing you’d like to wear after losing weight?

A bodycon dress.

Productivity!

  • 30 Day Shred
  • Special K for breakfast (Special K diet 1/14)
  • The Barre
  • Special K for lunch
  • Complete some of the 195477924 things on my to-do list, including going to the market to pick up lots of fruit. 
  • Salmon, lemon, pesto and green bean parcels served with brown rice for dinner. 

I find I always get more done if I have a plan for the day, so hopefully today will be a success!

Will you continue with the same exercise routine once you reach your ultimate goal weight?

I genuinely really enjoy The Barre, so I’ll definitely be sticking with that. I probably won’t work out as much, although I do plan on keeping up with regular exercise.
